• Academic Tutoring/Basic Skills Learning Centers

  Steps to Register into the Basic Skills Learning Centers

  ALL students previously enrolled in the NOCE Learning Centers seeking continued academic support and free tutoring must register for the upcoming term via myGateway.

  • Visit myGateway at: mg.nocccd.edu.

  Use your Student ID and password to log in.

  • Click on the WebStar link on the top right of your myGateway homepage.
  • Click on the Register for Classes link.
  • Use the CRNs in the class schedule to find/register for your class.

• High School Diploma Program

  Steps to Register into the High School Diploma Program

  • The High School Diploma Program offers high school subjects in person in the 2022 Spring Semester.
  • New students, please see page 12 of the Spring 2022 Schedule of Classes for step-by-step registration procedures.
  • Continuing students return to their designated lab and continue working on the subjects on their Student Educational Plan. They must complete a Registration Form and submit it to their high school instructor to register in their high school subject
  • Returning students, those who have not attended the high school diploma program for one year or more, must meet with a counselor to update their Student Educational Plan (SEP). Please call 714.808.4682 or email counseling@noce.edu.

   

  New students:  Please see page 12 of the Spring 2022 Schedule of Classes for step-by-step registration procedures.  New students must upload vaccination records or exemption forms on MyGateway and be cleared prior to entering their selected high school lab. Once cleared, students may complete the diploma intake process and complete a Registration Form with their high school instructor to be added to their high school subject.  

   

  Continuing students: Continuing students must complete a Registration Form with their high school instructor to be added to their course. 

   

  Returning students (out over one year):  Must meet with their counselors to update their Student Educational Plan (SEP).  Students must upload vaccine records or exemptions on MyGateway and be cleared prior to entering their designated high school lab.  Once cleared, students may enter the high school lab to meet with their instructor and complete a Registration Form.

  • View the latest class schedule and select the Parenting Program course(s) you’d like to enroll; note the CRN number(s).
  • Register for the courses in myGateway.
  • To access myGateway, visit https://mg.nocccd.edu and use your Banner ID and password to log in.
  • Once you have logged in, register for your classes using WebStar in MyGateway. You must have your course(s) CRNs to register.

  Steps to Register for the Community Services Program Classes

  We will be using a new, easy-to-use registration process through Augusoft. For questions, e-mail grow@noce.edu or call 714.808.4909.

  To register, follow these four easy steps:

  1. Check out our new site: To register or view classes, visit: noce.edu/grow
  2. Create a Student or Household Profile:
     • On the main homepage, click on LOGIN/CREATE ACCOUNT on the top left
     • Select Create a New Student Profile
     • Choose either a Student Profile or a Household Profile
     • Enter your e-mail address as your Username
  3. View available classes: To view available classes, click on the BROWSE dropdown button, and select a category of interest
  4. Register for your class:
     • Once you have selected the class you would like to take, click ADD TO CART
       (You can select multiple classes to add to your cart before checkout)
     • When you are finished adding all your classes to your cart, go to the top right and click Please note: If you need a parking permit, don’t forget to add it to your cart
     • Once you click CHECKOUT, review your Shopping Cart, and Agree to Policies before proceeding to the next screen
     • Follow the remaining directions to enter in your credit card information, then click on PROCESS PAYMENT
     • You will receive a confirmation e-mail of the classes you have purchased
• Program for Kids and Teens

  Steps to Register for the Kids’ College and Teen Program/Community Services Program

   We will be using a new, easy-to-use registration process through August. For questions, e-mail grow@noce.edu or call 714.808.4909.

  To register, follow these four easy steps:

  1. Check out our new site: To register or view classes, visit: noce.edu/grow
  2. Create a Student or Household Profile:

  • For Emeritus Program classes held in a community center or senior center, view the latest class schedule and select the Emeritus Program course(s); note the CRN number(s).
    • Register for the courses in myGateway.
    • To access myGateway, visit https://mg.nocccd.edu and use your Banner ID and password to log in.
    • Once you have logged in, register for your classes using WebStar in MyGateway. You must have your course(s) CRNs to register.

    • Once registered, your Instructor will reach out to you regarding how to access your course.
